• Misuse export, import, account, or reminder features

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your details reasonably up to date.

User content

You are responsible for the information and content you add to the App, including glider records, notes, images, schedules, and imported files.

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the App.

You agree not to upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or violates the rights of others.

App features

The App may include features such as reminders, analytics, file import/export, account management, and paid or ad-supported access levels.

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Paid features and ads

Some features may be limited for free users and expanded for paid users. Free users may see ads in the App. Paid features, pricing, and availability may change over time.

Unless required by law, purchases, subscriptions, or upgrades are non-refundable except as provided by the platform through which the App is distributed.

Data and backups

You are responsible for reviewing exported files and maintaining any backups you consider necessary.

While we aim to keep the App available and reliable, we do not guarantee that data will never be lost, delayed, or unavailable.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The App, including its design, software, branding, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to the App operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as allowed by law.

The app and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The App is intended as an organizational and informational tool. It is not veterinary, medical, legal, or professional advice.

You are responsible for how you use care schedules, reminders, guides, and records. Always use your own judgment and seek professional advice where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the App.

If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the App, users, or our rights.

You may stop using the App at any time. You may also request deletion of your account through available app features.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the App operator, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the effective date above.
